lol, you can tell him yourself on Friday. I am gonna have him do his morning workouts using the boards, and let him go with normal snatches in the afternoon, and see if the effect of the boards eventually transfers over. Hopefully it will.

Try lifting up your toes in your shoe so all weight is spread over the ball/heel.
