that is one I use with beginners, hopefully to avoid the problems Caleb has developed. The drill starts at the double knee bend, having lifters practice this movement and then, the finish of the lift, while standing half on and half off the platform, as you do in your full lift sequence with Caleb. I think it's an important drill.
If Caleb figures out his balance, the rest of the guys better watch out.
