70kg 75kg 80kg 82.5kg 85 miss 85 miss 85 miss Clean and Jerk 80kg 90kg 100kg 105kg 110kg miss jerk Weighted dip +35x5 +35x5 +35x5 Everything felt great today. I have made 84kg in competition so it's just a matter of practice to get it consistently in training. Cleans were quick and deep today - I caught 110 a bit forward on the shoulders but powered it up. 70k 72.5k 75k video 75k video Squat 135k x 5 135k x 5 135k x 5 Dip x 10 x 10 x 10 Felt fine today. Right shoulder more like normal now. As usual, just trying to be quick under the bar on snatches. Squats felt great. Mie helped me correct some vestiges of low bar squatting that are still sticking around. Will probably alternate heavy and repetitions for dips and see if that works. Rest tomorrow, next workout at CF Asheville.

Hang snatch + snatch 70kg 75kg 77.5kg 80kg PR Back Squat 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 Weighted Dips +40# x 5 +40# x 5 +40# x 5 Snatches felt totally pedestrian, but managed to get a double with my opener. Strong? No, just a low opener. Squats felt great, even though they tired me out. Video up soon. Chest and right shoulder still a bit tight, but the dips didn't aggravate too much. Will do fine at Durham meet as long as I remember to stay quick and don't try to muscle up the weight by overpulling.

Competition next week, so this is a good time to unload a bit and heal. Those 308# squats takes a lot out of me, I have to say. Supposed to do some kind of an arm exercise today, but will have to do it tomorrow.

Next time will try 87.5k before 90k. I was tired for clean and jerks. Just doing 100 was plenty.
