I think Chen started a bit too heavy but he was clearly limping after the cleans,i think he had a knee injury.Ivanenko looked at is rigth hand after missing the last snatch,maybe another kind of injury??

I think just bad luck & maybe opening too heavy.
It makes you wonder what lifts they did in the warmup that neither got anywhere near their lifts in 6 attempts, albeit Ivanenko had 1 decent attempt.
