I've been using this program since the 6. November.
I first hit PRs in the squat everyday, now I stagnated. I also set nice PRs in the Push Press and Power Clean. But I have one serious problem at the moment...
I suffer from
Insomnia. I wake up 20 times at night and my sleep quality is horrible. I now take an antidepressant called Stangyl (Trimipramine). It helps me to fall asleep easily, but I still wake up dozen of times at night.
Is Insomnia a site effect of the "Dark Times" John Broz explained? Will it go away once I adapt to high frequent training?
