Excellent practical advice!

Especially of note for me was to drink first after the weight in and then wait 15minutes before starting to SLOWLY nibble on a sandwich. Also the advice about eating again after the last snatch to avoid feeling draining during the c&j's is very useful.

How do you decide what weight to aim for? (Long and short term)

Sorry, yes, that's what I meant. I realize that is probably not a simple question though.

Or more specifically, I'll ask about myself.

My weight has jumped from 127 lbs in January to 137 lbs today, but it can fluctuate a fair bit. I am wondering at what point do I decide to not gain any more mass and I am wondering what weight classes should I be looking at when viewing results to get an idea what a good lift is.
