Myslinksi was the assistant at that time & is part of the interviews. Head strength coach was Buddy Morris, which is where most of the focus is.

IMO, can snatch balance be used effectively? Sure...under certain circumstances. The only thing to not confuse is the ability to quickly go from explosion to reversing direction to receive the bar....
